SeaView is the ocean-related arm of the EarthCube Project, an NSF-funded effort to unify diverse science datasets into one, easily-searchable database. Most of this data are taken at sea by research cruises, moored sensors, and ocean gliders. The SeaView team is also working with scientists to help standardize data at the collection point. Click here to read more about this important effort in EOS and access the data!
