Non-ARF Small Vessel Inventory

This inventory encompasses small research vessels ranging from 35 to 135 feet, that are not a part of the US Academic Research Fleet but are operated by UNOLS institutions. It is designed to aid researchers in identifying the most suitable platform for their scientific needs. 

If you are funded by the National Science Foundation and wish to utilize any of these vessels, you must adhere to the Guidance for Chartering Vessels Outside the U.S. ARF (non-UNOLS vessels). The inclusion of a vessel in this inventory does not imply UNOLS approval; rather, it indicates potential availability for scientific endeavors.
