Research Boating and Diving Technician

Duties: 

Under the general direction of the Marine Superintendent, and in conformance with the standards set by the Small Boat Commitee and Diving Control Board, the Research Boating & Diving Technician independently supports research, education and outreach by providing direct operational and compliance oversight of the university research vessel fleet and scientific diving activity. This position reports to the Executive Director of the Estuary & Ocean Science Center (http://eoscenter.sfsu.edu/). The position is based at SF State's Romberg Tiburon Campus in Tiburon CA.
