Chapter 6

Version 2006.1

Here's a first, rough, incomplete, probably inaccurate, etc. draft of Ch. 6. My purpose in drafting this and providing it to you was to see how well it fits in Mike's suggested format and if I'm on a reasonable track as far as writing for the intended audience.
I'd be glad to get any comments, please feel free to forward it to other members of the committee, post as we did with the last revision go around, etc.
