The R/V Tuna is sturdily built with maderately flared bow sections and consevative dead rise carried well aft, which make her very sea kindly in moderate to heavy seas. Her large fuel capacity not only pprovides exceptional range but adds ballast low in the bilge making her a steady platform. The step-through transom easily lends itself to diving operations. |
