SECTION 14
Regional Representatives
UNOLS Small Research Vessel Inventory

UNOLS is developing an inventory of small research vessels. When completed it will include all the research vessels from 35 foot to 100 foot located at UNOLS institutions. If interest is expressed we will try to expand the inventory beyond UNOLS. One of the purposes for this inventory is to assist researchers in finding the best platform for their science. We have divided the country into regions for collecting and maintaining the inventory. The inventory information contains, as a minimum, the vessels name, length, location and contact point.
This inventory of small research vessels has been organized by geographic regions. The listing of these vessels does not certify that they are UNOLS approved, but rather that they are available for scientific programs. UNOLS certification can be coordinated through the listed contact person.

Please view the Word Document listing for a complete list. Some of the following links are hosted by individual institutions and may not represent the total number of vessels available in a certain region.
