An Appendix A Workshop will be presented in Palisades, NY by the University of Miami’s Director of Marine Technical Services, Rich Findley and Research Support Coordinator, Aubri Steele.

If you sail aboard UNOLS ships, use or own oceanographic wire and cable within UNOLS, or use WHOI/UNOLS Winch and/or Wire Pool, these new standards are to be implemented June 2011; compliance is required. These are impending changes and will affect all UNOLS vessels.
