Early departures and cancellations:
Early Departure Fee: If an individual(s) departs earlier than scheduled departure on their reservation, an early departure fee of $75.00 per room will apply and must be disclosed to your attendees.
Room Cancellation: individual guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled seventy-two (72) hours prior to the day of arrival. Non-cancelled room reservations (those that do not have an appropriate cancellation number) will not be refunded.

Local Transportation and Parking
The RVTEC meeting and RVTEC dinner will take place at the hotel. The R/V Pelican will be tied up along the river in close walking distance from the hotel. Many restaurants are also in close walking distance to the hotel. Local transportation for travel between the airport to the hotel is available (taxis, shuttles, etc.).
