Please submit your registration form no later than November 2, 2009.

If you plan to attend the RVTEC meeting please take a moment to complete this on-line registration form.   This information will greatly assist us in planning meeting room arrangements and meals.

Registration fee is $100 per person and includes Lunches on November 18th (Wednesday) and 19th (Thursday) and all refreshment breaks during the meeting.

Focus Group Meetings

Three focus group meetings are planned before and after the regular RVTEC meeting. Please check off the session, or sessions, that you would like to attend:

SWAP Focus Group - Friday, November 20th, 1:30-4:30 pm


Show and Tell Session

A Show and Tell session is planned during the RVTEC meeting. Demonstrations are welcome. If you would like to make a presentation during the Show and Tell session, please provide a brief description below:


R2R Breakout Sessions: Three R2R Breakout sessions are planned on Wednesday, Nov 18th during the regular meeting. Please indicate the session that you wish to attend:

R2R Breakout #1 - Real-time MET and TSG Data Exchange
R2R Breakout #2 - Event Logger System
R2R Breakout #3 - Cruise Data Directory Structure (Please Note: this breakout will be a supplement to both Breakout #1 and #2)

Boxed lunch options (please indicate your selection with a check mark below).
All boxed lunches are packed in 100% compostable packaging and include a bottle of water, Washington apple, gourmet cookie, Tim's Cascade Potato Chips, utensils, napkin and moist towlette.

Wednesday, November 18th:

Grilled Chicken Baguette - Grilled chicken breast on a baguette with organic greens, sliced red onion, roasted red peppers and Dijon mayonnaise
Roast Beef Ciabatta Sandwich - Roast beef with bleu cheese spread and shaved red onion paired with lettuce and tomato on a fresh-baked, organic ciabatta roll.
Vegetable Focaccia - Roasted bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella on herbed focaccia with olive tapenade and Bay Laurel-infused aioli
Asian Noodle Salad - Chinese egg noodles and an array of crisp vegetables on a bed of greens with spicy peanut dressing (Vegetarian)

Thursday, November 19th:

Grilled Chicken Baguette - Grilled chicken breast on a baguette with organic greens, sliced red onion, roasted red peppers and Dijon mayonnaise
Baked Ham Ciabatta Sandwich - Baked ham with honey-mustard spread paired with lettuce and tomato on a fresh-baked, organic ciabatta roll.
Caprese - Fresh mozzarella marinated in herb vinaigrette, slow roasted Roma tomatoes, baby Arugula, marinated purple onions and yellow peppers on a French roll. Served with basil-pesto mayonnaise
Light Fare - Sliced seasonal fruits, cheeses, meats, crackers and a vegetable salad

RVTEC Manager's Roundtable Discussion - Lunch

The Manager's Roundtable discussion is planned for Friday afternoon, November 20th. There are no food services conveniently located near the meeting room. Lunch is offered for a price of $12. Please select from the options below if you would like a lunch:

Payment can be made by check or credit card (Visa/MasterCard only). Payment is requested no later than November 2nd. After you submit this registration form, the UNOLS Office will contact you by email with your amount due and instructions for submitting payment. Please do not send credit card information on-line.
