A 10 oz New York strip gilled and topped with potato encrusted jumbo shrimp.  Served with a twice-baked potato and fresh vegetables
Pollo Pizziaola
A jumbo chicken breast, grilled and topped with vinegar peppers and onions, and served with fresh whole-wheat pasta parmesan and broccolini…la dolce vita.
Salmon en Crote
Fresh salmon filet, wrapped in philo dough, bake and topped with a red pepper aioli.  Served with a fresh vegetables and garlic roasted potato wedges.
