We plan to quickly review all schedules by class and region, and identify problems for further discussion and potential resolution. Please be prepared to show your most viable LOI and accompanying map.
Problems and suggested resolutions should take place after we have reviewed all schedules within your category (ies), in other words, we should try to resolve east coast scheduling issues before moving on to west coast schedules. Therefore it would be helpful if we did not engage in prolonged scheduling discussion until everyone has had a chance to present schedules. In the end we may not be able to resolve identified problems until we have further input from the agencies and PIs.
