Scientific Committee for Oceanographic Aircraft Research Meeting
Monday, November 13th - via teleconference
1) Thank Charles Flagg for his service to SCOAR.
2) New SCOAR member status (we have no inquiries thus far).
3) Making progress towards setting up an aircraft scheduling procedure vs. joining with the NSF-ATM Facilities Assessment effort that aims to build an aircraft and instrumentation "clearinghouse" and schedule site.
