May or June: A short Oceanographic mission for Steve Ramp at
NPS and Andy
Jessup and Bill Plant of U. Washington to survey ocean temperatures and
microwave emission/reflection from the sea surface.
July: Mission in Monterey for John Seinfeld at Caltech to study
the marine
aerosol and its transformation into clouds.
August: Mission in Monterey for Dean Hegg of University of
Washington,
Seattle to study cloud chemistry in context of radiation and reflectivity.
At the time of completion of the development of a towed platform for
turbulence studies, it will be integrated onto the Twin Otter, and
testflown.
