In advance of the Council Meeting we ask that you review and become familiar with all material and documents that are listed below or linked to this agenda.  We will provide the pre-meeting material as downloadable pdf files and notify you of their availability.  Lengthy presentations and reports are not planned.  The agenda items that are provided as written reports would only need to be addressed during the phone conference if there were questions or comments.

Session I – July 15, 2004

       Updated Utilization Projections with Observatory Facility Needs - Fleet utilization projections were updated to include observatory facility needs. This material was presetned by Peter Weibe at the April 2004 FOFC Meeting.
