UNOLS Scheduling Meeting NSF Building, Arlington, VA July 15, 1999 0830    Call meeting to order
              Introductions
              Announcements
              Approval of minutes of last meeting?
              Changes to the agenda
0845     Update of recent funding decisions by Agency representatives
0900     Break up into work groups for Large Ship, regional and program issues.
              Revise schedules as needed.
1000     Break
1015     Presentation of ship schedules by class of ship, starting with Class V
              and working up. This could start later if needed.
1200     Lunch Break
1300     Continue presentation of ship schedules
1430     Identify specific issues or problems that need to be resolved.
              Assess the prospects for funding, potential additional work and any
              layup requirements.
1530    Reports, comments or questions from program managers and agency
             representatives. Discuss Letters of Intent, scheduling process and
             the need for any changes.
1630   Adjourn
