Regional
Class Research Vessels
Science
Mission Requirements Meeting
Registration/Questionnaire
Form
THIS
FORM IS NO LONGER ACTIVE!
All individuals who are interested in participating in the
development of Science Mission Requirements (SMR) for Regional
Class vessels are asked to complete this form. For those
individuals who plan to attend the meeting, this form will also
serve as a meeting registration form. The information provided
will assist the steering committee in planning a productive meeting.
All inputs are considered preliminary and it is intended
that interactions of the workshop will determine the final SMR
recommendations. A
summary of the questionnaire results will be provided to the workshop
participants as an input to their considerations.
Please Note: The material submitted by you on this form will
be posted for all to view on the Regional Class SMR website <http://www.unols.org/committees/fic/regional/regional_class.html>.
To view registration/questionnaire forms that have been received to date,

Class Vessel Science Mission Requirement -
Please note: As a separate fleet renewal effort, SMRs will be
developed for an Ocean Class of vessels.
A separate workshop will be held in Salt Lake City on July
23 and 24 to address these needs.
If you are interested in participating in that effort,
or for additional information please visit the UNOLS website at:
http://www.unols.org/fic/ocean/ocean_class.html. If you also wish to provide
input to the Regional Class SMRs, please complete the Ocean Class
SMR Questionnaire at:
<http://www.unols.org/fic/ocean/OCSMRform.html>. The questions are very
similar to those asked on this form.
Thank
you for your input to this important UNOLS project.
