Report of the UNOLS Working Group on Ocean

Observatory Facility Needs

The UNOLS Council formed a Working Group on Ocean Observatory Facility Needs in February 2003 to assess compatibility of current and planned UNOLS assets with requirements generated by the Ocean Observing Initiative (OOI) and related programs. The Working Group's report is now available.  The findings and recommendations contained in the report are based on detailed consideration of ocean observatory related issues.
